For the second time in three years Srutidharma das has been selected as the Chaplain to the Mayor of Harrow. On 12th June Cllr Ajay Maru, a member of Bhaktivedanta Manor’s congregation, was voted in as the new Mayor of Harrow Council and he chose Srutidharma das to be the spiritual representative at the Council’s events throughout the coming year.
Recently Srutidharma das was the first Hindu Chaplain to deliver a full sermon in the long history of the Church of St Mary in Harrow of the Hill, during Harrow Council’s Civic Service.
Afterwards the dignitaries congregated at the famous Harrow School.
