40 years later….at least….. gadi 2014
How astonishing … James and Olivia are having twins…or more precisely Olivia is doing most of the work…( she is only 2 weeks from her due date, and she is dressing the deities today, and still milking the mothers)…Their gender is yet to be known…. But very soon they will be with us. They will be born here in the valley…that is Murari’s Kirtan Valley… and not to worry, all care is in place. They want to have their children here, grow up here, become educated in the science of Bhakti here, be educated of the world here…and basically never take one lotus foot off Murari’s delicious stoney soil. They are in no way fanatics as I give you more pleasant news of their hearts position. They are in fact what we wanted to be 40 yrs ago… to raise our children in compliance of the vision of Srila Prabhupada. The past 40 yrs took us for a ride.. and we did not raise our children as Srila Prabhupad had hoped.
Srila Prabhupada dearly wanted for us, all of us, to live the Braja life. Free from the pressures of the cheaters…free from the pressures of the ordinary material struggle. To live in Braja means basically to put aside all personal sidelining desires and place your life in precisely in the hands of Krsna and the cows. That is what Prabhupada wanted for us…and I mean all of us…and finally, now, although it took a bit of time and failure, successful application of His vision is now bearing real fruit. Let it be known, that the desires of such an acrarya will always bear the desired fruit.
Living such a perfect life style will certainly be the best and longest range preaching example for the world.
And so, as we bear the heartache of losing our material desires, as we bear the heartache of having any hope of enjoyment in this hell hole we casually refer to as “the material world”, as we bear and share the burden of love that is Srila Prabhuada’ hopes and dreams for this planet, we find ourselves not only not burdened, but raised up to be able to feel his presence, and Krsna’s happiness for him and for us. The world has to live a certain lifestyle for the next 10,000 years…and guess what, its not to be found in the city… the city is for giving the Holy Name…not for living.
Harinam kirtana is the core of this lifestyle…it emanates from the heart of Sri Caitanya , it will and is in the process of inundating the entire universe with Madurya lila…the sweetest taste of spiritual perfection attainable for the tiny jiva. So kind is Krishna… When this core of Harinam and Krsnakatha is placed as the center of all of our hopes and dreams…. Unpredictable magic will take over our lives and fill all the vacant holes…..
Yes James and Olivia are, to me and to many others most special..they truly have in their heart of hearts the desire to fulfill the Braja village vision. They are depending on me to help them, they ask each question so nicely…even the question should be try to have a child? 9months ago. They follow, out of love and destiny the perfect behavior of pure bramana children. They are very special, and they are the brightness that has become Murari….Murari is illuminated … all darkness is dissolved…Harinam is the leader…He is our guide, He is well-wisher, He is our beloved Lord Sri Krishna.
May you all be blessed for coming to Murari to visit this special land someday…it will set the example of a life possible…that is, a life free from envy…and any other nasty qualitiy of this world… Please have full faith in Harinam prabhu… all things are possible…
