ISKCON Ludhiana annual Rathyatra concluded around midnight of Nov.16th covering the area about five kilometers. Lacs of devotees from India and abroad joined this festival of chariot. The parade route was welcomed by different section of society and they were recited Mahamantra all the way.
Both sides of the road were beautifully decorated and people welcome Lord of the Universe with great devotions and dedications. S.Navjot Singh Sidhu, former cricketer Ex MP and celebrity and Mr. Avinash Chopra, Director Punjab Kesari group of newspaper was chief guest.
Keeping in view the large number of people to join Rath Yatra the District Administration has to divert traffic to different routes. Among others who participated in the parade were His Holiness Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaj GBC and BBT Trustee, HH Pravodha Nand Maharaj (Vrindavan),HH Navyogendra Maharaj(Udhampur), HH Janardhan Swami (Vrindavan) HG Mahaman das (ACBSP), Zonal Secretary, HG Mahamantra Das (ACBSP), HG Sakshi Gopal Das TP ISKCON Kurukshetra,HG Mohan Rupa das TP ISKCON New Delhi, HG Krishan Kanti das Ex-TP ISKCON Chandigarh and devotees from ISKCON Vrindavan and ISKCON New Delhi and many others from the rest of India.
Apart from others book distribution parties from Delhi, Vrindavan and Mayapur were also participated.
