On Saturday, April 7, 2008, at 4:00pm EST, ISKCON devotee Gadadhara Pandit dasa — known affectionately as the NYC Pandit — will join a panel of spiritual teachers discussing religious beliefs around the world on popular cable talk show “The Guest List.” The show will be broad-casted on Manhattan Neighborhood Network’s Channel 56, and is to air live on Time Warner channel 56 / RCN 84 in New York City. It will also be featured on the Network’s website www.mnn.org channel 56 nationwide.
The show is currently in its second season and has obtained a viewership of about 2.5 million people.
Gadadhara Pandit dasa, is one of the leaders of New York City’s Bhaktivedanta Ashram, and is the Chaplain for the Krishna faith at the prestigious Columbia University. He leads weekly Bhagavad Gita classes on campus, and teaches a popular vegetarian cooking class — which has attracted crowds as large as 200 students, and has garnered significant favorable press.
