This web site is a humble attempt to attract people to Srila Prabhupada’s Bhagavad-Gita As It Is, and to their local Nama Hatta. Any idea’s on how to improve the chances of fulfilling this would be gratefully received. Hare Krsna

Dear prabhu: Hare krsna agtsp. This attempt of yours is a good one, I bow down to you. But please note- Srila Prabhupada states in many of his books that we/you all devotees need to be examplary in whatever field we promote. He gives this example: To save a drowning person, one needs to be be an expert swimmer less both will drown. Another example: The teacher must be examplary, other wise the students or prospective students will see a fake, and take the teacher and teachings lightly. Today, people young and old are not so blind, nor are they dumb as many hare krsnas thought karmis to be once upon a time. Please understand my point: Remember the book monkey on a stick was the best seller world wide for two years, this included america. Many persons all ages did read this book and are now sceptive viewers towards hare krsnas as well preachers of whatever religions sect. Going back: When I was in radha-damodara sankirtan party we passed out many books between 1975 and 1981 in fact about 100,000,000 books in america alone(combined temples of u.s.a.. But in one letter to tamal krsna goswami from srila prabhupada(printed in book titled: servent of the servent) prabhupada says to tamal krsna: I only hope that the methods used to distribute my books is sound or in the future there will be setbacks in spreading this movement, I see so much laxmi coming in?. This set back as fallen upon all iskcon centers. You may want to travel, see this for yourself. Srila prabhupada’s words were and will always be that: Preaching is the essense(this is true), purity is the force(this most of us lack). So preaching our gospal to read the books etc is nice only if we ourselves also read the books fully, and not only quote verses to show ourselves off as a krsna pundit to karmi’s. note: The books are sitting on the karmi’s books selves, they are just not reading them, why?. Prabhu you have my blessings to inspire them to read Bhagavad-Gita as it is, and thank you, hare krsna.
