Asian Voice: On behalf of the Harrow Borough Council, the Mayor of Harrow Cllr Kareema Marikar presented His Grace Sruti Dharma Das a special award, in acknowledgment of ‘His exceptional and distinguished services to Harrow Council and faithful devotees of Harrow’. During his years as Temple President of Bhaktivedanta Manor, Sruti Dharma was also Chaplain to Harrow Council for two Mayors and an important faith leader in the Borough and beyond. On receiving the award His Grace said ‘I am humbled and honored for having the opportunity to serve. It has been the foundation of my life and happiness’.
