Bhakti Chaitanya Swami: We just visited the New Govardhana devotee community in Lithuania for a day, to see His Holiness Bhakti Sharan Shanta Maharaja, who is in the middle of a battle with cancer. He is one of the old devotees from the previous Soviet era, when this country was ruled from Russia, and has done vast amounts of preaching service. Please pray for him.
Dear brother vaishnava, I pray you may live beyond the modes and miseries of material energy. Krishna will test us, and with His divine shelter and mercy, we must be victorious in reaching our eternal Home.

Dear Bhakti Sharan Shanta Maharaja,
You threw more than a pebble into the ocean of atheism in which you floated like a lotus flower above the mud and muck of conditional life. The ripples from your preaching have reached all shores of the seven continents as devotees from that region have spread far and wide. Thus, your words and actions are now a part of a world-wide network that keeps on expanding. Though we don't know you, you are touching us and the entire planet with Krishna consciousness. May our lives be one speck as glorious as yours. May we face the austerities with at least a grain of sand as bravely as you. May our prayers for your auspicious journey be fulfilled by Lord Krishna Himself. With folded hands, I thank you for all of your service to guru and Gauranga.
