Pandava: Rasajna devi dasi took initiation into Gaudîya Vaishnavism of the Brahmã-Madhva sampradãya in humble service to His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in 1973. She had personal assocation with Srila Prabhupada for her acting in Krishna conscious plays. and performed in New york and India.
Although Rasa is arguably best known for the 18 years of performances given for her beloved spiritual master, Prabhupada, throughout India, England, Spain and France. Today, Rasa performs Indian Classical Dance and has recorded “Vandanam, Offering Prayers”, a chanting of ancient Vedic mantras with accompaniment on bamboo flute, tamboura and tabla.
She lived in Austin, Texas and gave a wonderful Sunday program with delicious prasadam.
