BhaktE-Zone – ISKCON Chennai online weekly classes for children
Hare Krishna! ISKCON Chennai is starting the year-long weekly program for children called BhaktE- Zone from 22nd June 2020.
The topic for children aged 6-12 is Mystical Mountains. Children will learn the intriguing stories of ten sacred mountains such as Kailash, Simhachalam, Govardhan etc. Slokas, bhajans will also be taught. The children can have lots of fun with drawing, painting and craft activities.
For older children aged 13-17, the topic is The Great Teachers. Children in this group will learn about the Saptarishis and the great Acharyas. They will also have various activities such as debates, group discussion, role play, JAM and so on.
Weekly once online classes will be held, of at least one and a half hours duration. Trained teachers with several years of experience will handle the classes. Classes will be held online using Google classrooms for posting material (pdf, videos and audios).
