Parasuram das: “Prayojana is Sanskrit and it translates as ‘goal’.
It’s part of the process of ‘finding your soul'”
When you check the meaning of ‘goal’ in the dictionary, the first explanation that comes up is the concept of scoring a goal.
Noun;
(in soccer, rugby, hockey, and some other games) a pair of posts linked by a crossbar and typically with a net between, forming a space into or over which the ball has to be sent in order to score.
Then there are other goals like becoming the president of America or becoming a millionaire etc.
Somehow they forgot to include Krishna as being the goal.
“I am the GOAL, the sustainer, the master, the witness, the abode, the refuge and the most dear friend. I am the creation and the annihilation, the basis of everything, the resting place and the eternal seed” BG 9.18
Now here is a question for all the ISKCON Pandits, no football Pandits please.
Back in June, Arsenal football club donated a sizeable sum of money to our Prasad distribution project. I declared boldly that they would now win the FA Cup, sure enough, a few days ago they won the FA Cup at Wembley stadium,
The question is who scored the goal Pierre Aubameyang or Lord Krishna?
And if Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) give a bigger donation, will they definitely win next year’s cup?
Para, as director of Food For All Was approached by Arsenal – “the kicker of balls”
“For your good works, we’ll give a donation.” Para said, “Thanks” with a look of elation.
Para thought later. His brain he racked. Had Arsenal performed a ‘devotional act’? So he wrote to his boss, Pragosha Prabhu And explained his conundrum. Would he have a clue?
Praghosa, a life-long supporter of Spurs Was gutted that Arsenal had thought of it first! Arsenal, days later, proudly held up A new piece of silver – A. K. A. F. A. cup
The lesson here – for all you football team owners: Is donate to Krishna for a guaranteed bonus With one little change – a ‘devotional Trojan’ Stop shouting “GOAL” when you score – shout “PRAYOJANA!”
